Comments on the competition itself, judging, restaurants, facilities and events are also welcome.<br /><div></div><br /><div>If you are here, you are likely to be familiar with this year's <a href="http://http://www.cisg.law.pace.edu/cisg/moot/moot15.pdf">problem</a>. As usual it contains a procedural element and a substantive element that requires application of the Convention on the International Sale of Goods. This year's problem is challenging. The arbitration clause itself is part of a contract, the existence of which is in question. </div><br /><div></div><div>I invite anyone who wants to to post a comment on this blog.
