Comments on the competition itself, judging, restaurants, facilities and events are also welcome.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;If you are here, you are likely to be familiar with this year's &lt;a href="http://http://www.cisg.law.pace.edu/cisg/moot/moot15.pdf"&gt;problem&lt;/a&gt;. As usual it contains a procedural element and a substantive element that requires application of the Convention on the International Sale of Goods. This year's problem is challenging. The arbitration clause itself is part of a contract, the existence of which is in question. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I invite anyone who wants to to post a comment on this blog.
